Detailed Eligibility:

  • B.E/B.Tech in any stream / MCA / M.Sc (IT) with 1+ year experience as a Test Engineer
  • OR B.Sc / BCA / B.Com / BBA + 1 year relevant experience
  • Should have passed or must clear ISTQB Foundation Level within 3 months of joining

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Junior Manual Tester to manage a critical project in the Retail Banking domain. The candidate should be passionate about technology and experienced in manual testing (automation is an added advantage).

Technical Skills:

  • 1+ years of experience in testing
  • Good understanding of Retail Banking domain
  • Strong SQL knowledge and experience writing/executing scripts
  • Able to execute and log test results accurately
  • Knowledge of test management tools
  • Capable of creating and maintaining test cases and defect reports
  • Familiarity with data-level validation

Process Skills:

  • Ability to analyze requirements and follow defined software processes
  • Participate in peer review and low-level design creation
  • Execute test plans, build test data, and work through the SDLC efficiently
  • Apply both technical and business knowledge effectively

Behavioural Skills:

  • Resolve project-level technical issues
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to team knowledge through coaching and documentation
  • Ensure client satisfaction through quality and timely delivery

Certification (Good to Have):

  • ISTQB Foundation Level
  • Any certification related to manual testing or PL/SQL is a plus
